Washers

Aztec manufacture our own bonded washers and we stock a wide range. Our Master Seal® Washers go through an extensive quality control inspection process to ensure that the highest standards are met. Due to our unique bonding process, our Master Seal® affords 100% protection against cushioning and vibration.

Our washers are made with a facing material of grey EPDM; an excellent, low-costing elastomer with protection against ozone and weather damage. It has a heat-resistance of up to 100º Celsius.

Our backing materials are Galvanized Steel, an A2 (304) grade Stainless Steel, or Aluminium. These provide strength and corrosion resistance.

We can provide a wide range of sizes and thicknesses, though our most-commonly stocked are 16mm (which are conductive), 19mm, and 28mm.
